Types of yoga Offered / Types de Yoga enseignés

The mind-body connection is syncronous and you can’t affect one without also having an impact on the other. My offerings are much the same in that I incorporate a variety of modalities into our work together.

The yoga, mindful mobility and wellness rituals go beyond the physical body (although we do focus in the physical as well), but allowing you to bring takeaways from your practice OFF the mat and into your daily life!

Wellness Rituals

If you’re looking to dive a little deeper into your spiritual practice, energy work through guided practices such as meditation, full moon rituals and journaling can expand your mindfulness and take you to a place of deeper healing and awareness.

We live in such a fast-paced world, it can be easy to neglect ourselves. Most of the time we are drudging up memories from the past or are worrying about the future. Let’s get back to the present to experience a deeper connection in the every day.

Mindful Mobility

Mindful mobility work allows you to tap into awareness about how your body moves and how it feels. Being aware of your movement, particularly in the ligaments and joints can open you up for great healing.

This practice is ideal for athletes, or anyone who is feeling movement in their body or joints that just doesn’t seem quite right and is looking to get back to a place of better flow. We can also work together to improve your range of motion so you feel better and more in-tune with your body and the messages it is sending you.
